In the interests of attaining a high level of drug safety PHARMIX Laboratories (Pvt.) Ltd. has set itself the goal of setting up and adhering to an efficient quality assurance system (QA system). The QA system is dependent on the active participation of the management and its qualified staff in the different departments.
The company has a well equipped Q.A Lab. with all facilities of testing required by Q.A Department. This department has the most modern testing facilities and has installed instruments like HPLC, double beam spectrophotometer & hi-tech viscometer etc.
The QA system ensures that drug conforming to Drugs Act, 1976 of Pakistan is produced which are safe for their intended use.
The concept of quality employed includes not only product quality as such but also requirements such as:
• Environmental conservation
• Safety on their job
• Personnel management.
To achieve this all employees carry out their work in accordance with the policy and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Every employee has the obligation to suggest suitable means and to report quality problems and of solving them.
The management keeps itself informed about the efficiency of the QA system at regular meetings of the technical Committee and the internal audits
